I had a problem with my Volvo. the dealership had a look, tried a few things, then said the next step (without finding the cause of the fault) was to replace the ECU because it was their 'best guess'. Ash's guy found the problem and fixed it for one tenth the cost - and it was an intermittent problem too. Top marks to these guys for knowledge / experience / keeping you informed.

We have used Anzac twice now, once for a service to meet warranty requirements and the other for a failing alternator. I can't commend Ash enough for his complete and professional conduct. He runs a tight ship down at Anzac and I felt every bit of that by being kept in the loop. Ash's service extended to handling the interaction with the mechanical insurance company when the alternator failed and wrapped that up without involving me at all.
