Everything I would expect from a company who service quality European cars. They know their stuff and do everything to make sure that the customer understands what they are saying and are happy with the service and the outcome. I just wish I had known about them sooner. Particular kudos for the mechanic who spent quite some time with me listening to a noise, to determine the cause. These people not only care about their customers, but also about their own work. While we can't shake hands in COVID, someone who speaks with integrity and looks me in the eye is someone I want to do business with.
