I had just purchased a second-hand vehicle, and brought it in for a routine service. Unexpectedly, Ash discovered a complex electronic fault involving the NOx sensor and several other control modules. What impressed me the most was how Ash did not pressure me to immediately repair or replace anything. Instead, he took the time to explain the issues in detail, and even ran multiple diagnostic tests and fault code resets — all before I made any decision.
